I've been using Tixati for many years but it is a banned client on many sites, so I looked for other alternative(s). I thought I'd struck gold with qBittorrent and all looks very good so far except for it seems one important omission: The ability to move any file or folder within a torrent payload to any location. This is important to me as I have a big library all organized into proper hierarchy.
e.g. Suppose I have a TV show in my collection, it is organized as so:
F:\
F:\TV Shows\
F:\TV Shows\Dukes of Hazzard\
F:\TV Shows\Dukes of Hazzard\Series 1
F:\TV Shows\Dukes of Hazzard\Series 2
: :
F:\TV Shows\Dukes of Hazzard\Series 7\Dukes of Hazzard - s07e11.mp4
F:\TV Shows\Dukes of Hazzard\Series 7\Dukes of Hazzard - s07e13.mp4 -- Missing s07e12
Now I download some 'megapack' torrent that has a load of files like so:
grpname.doh.01x01.x264.aac.mp4
grpname.doh.01x02.x264.aac.mp4
: :
grpname.doh.07x12.x264.aac.mp4
Now I know I can rename them to the 'proper' sXXeXX filename, but what I can't do is move individual files to where they belong in my collection, would it be possible to add this feature? It was mentioned in this thread: https://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,2902.0.html but there's been no updates from what I can see.
What I'd like to be able to do is click on a file (or folder) name within the torrent and have options for "Location -> Move" and "Location -> Move on Complete.."
Would this be possible, or any views on such a feature?
Many thanks
