after upgrade the web GUI looks all text

After an upgrade to 3.3.13, the web gui was all text. I suspected a corrupt cookie, but it does it on every device I have. I have checked permissions, and nothing is wrong. I checked the home directory as well. Can anyone offer any insight?

All fixed after upgrade to 3.4 beta.

Thanks for reporting, sounds weird though.
It may have been something else, rather than a simple bug.
(Browser cache, some silly cookie, etc.)
