Diff to add new option for torrent deletion

Hi,

New here, just started using qBittorrent.
One thing I missed was that I did not find any option to disable the dialog when deleting torrent.
I know already that I want to delete the darn torrent

So I added the option to the advanced tab on the options dialog, it defaults to old behaviour.

EDIT: only tested on the SVN version

I had the opposite problem. I accidentally deleted an almost complete torrent, and could not re-start it because the torrent file had been deleted.
