Problema: moved complete torrents

Hello, I am using qbitorrent, v2.9.5, a few days ago, since I uploaded 3 torrents with maximum speed (1 Mbps).

But today I opened the program and moved two completed torrents to "Download" 99%. Of course I used "Forcing the file checking"

Why would this happen?
