How I can change "REPORTED IP to Tracker"?

hello

I download from a private tracker where they give our IP to our ISP [Government] in detail !
I can't believe they called me by phone and asked me about going some where for explanation?!

I live in a country where everything is under control of Government and censored in ultimate scale
all trackers must work with them and give the log to them if they wanna stay up and running

This is the only reason I have to use rtorrent ,and some java-based clients which we can change reported IP to tracker

is there any trick I add this feature to QB?
for example in compilation or in any file

Usually, it's other peers/seeds that "harvest" ip addresses off a tracker (private or otherwise) to report to ISPs.
So if that's the case, using a fake ip to the tracker won't work at all. (doing that is in advanced settings somewhere if I recall.)
