All torrent download and upload rate capped at 1kb?

I don’t know why it’s like this but when i try to cap it at 10mb, it does still work but it kinda glitches and goes back. I forgot what exactly happened when i change it from 1kb tho. I think i got this issue when i downloaded a torrent from skidrow which was glitched to 5000gb + and the download and/or upload rate glitched and all of my torrent increased from 1 digit. (e.g torrent #1 - 5gb - becomes 55gb or 15gb) but i fixed that by force rechecking every torrent. Help is greatly appreciated!

If your settings aren't the cause... (there are settings combinations plus bugs in qBT/libtorrent that might cause this.)
and your torrents don't have tracker and/or seed/peer issues...

...Then your ISP is heavily throttling your torrents to almost nothing.

I suggest trying qBitTorrent versions 3.3.16 or v4.1.1 if you haven't already.

Haven’t changed my settings, i got told that 2 of my torrents has seeding issues which has not yet been downloaded.. They said the torrents cannot seed from the seeders, only from the torrent tho. But the rest of my torrents are done. But i don’t know how that can cap it to 1kb to all torrents.

Thanks for the help tho! Ill try those versions. Ill update this thread once i get home. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem as him

the download will stuck at 99.8 and the only fix is force recheck

and do you know what is the cause ?

it version 4.1.1 Not his ISP

i start to get this problem and io error since i updated to version 4.1.1

Then try qBT 3.3.16 at least as a test.
