New v4.1.3 Version Is Broke!

Your new v4.1.3 seems broke. I had a bunch of files that I had "paused". When I upgraded into the new version, all the "paused" files were no longer visible. And there appeared to be other faults with it as well. Then I reinstalled the previous version, and everything worked fine.
