4.1.3 Freeze on start-up + high CPU usage

So after updating to 4.1.3 qBit started to freeze on start-up, and no amount of clicking the icon works for a few minutes, during this time it also uses like 30% CPU. (also like 40% memory, but this is "stable" not temporary, at least with the new version). It shouldn't be anything on my side because I've never had this problem with earlier versions but happened immediately after upgrading to 4.1.3. The funny thing is "smartscreen" (or whatever it's called) warned me before installing the update file that it could cause issues, which is weird because that hasn't happened before. It gave me pause but I thought it's probably just your typical false alarm thing. Turns out it was a problem. I thought about downgrading but I'm afraid of losing my settings, torrents or making new problems. Please fix your version, things have been running smooth for me until 4.1.3.

There is a fixed build to test linked in that ticket, works for me at least.
