Updating from last version to current version. Unable to write to file error.

As the title states. Trying to update to current version of client and I am receiving a write error for the .exe file. Never had the problem before (with any program) so I am not familiar with resolving the issue. I cannot delete the .exe file now and windows tells me it doesn't have permissions though I am the administrator using the administrator account on my machine. So I cannot update or downgrade or delete the .exe file. Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

To uninstall any locked system file with permission I use the 'Unlocker'
