100% not 100%

I noticed that some torrents report the progression to 100% are Stalled rather than Completed.
After a brief investigation I can see that on of the files inside is stuck at 99.9%. This happened multiple times since the last upgrade (never noticed this before).

It would be nice to have this bug fixed (e.g. report 99.9% and not 100%)

i have some like downloading problems after finish download %100 then check torrent with qbittorrent not %100 then start download %99?and files are not complete? some downloads are th,s problems and never finishd?
