qBittorrent caps my speed by 80% after a minute

There is a weird cap happening only on my Win10 laptop with gigabit Ethernet connection.

After a couple of minutes with full speed download ~100mbit, qBittorrent caps the speed to ~20mbit (2.4MiB/s).
If I restart qBittorrent speed goes 100% for a minute before being capped to 20% again.

Tested the same torrent with Transmission and that does not happen. Checked with speedtest too which shows the normal 100mbit so this happens only in qBittorrent?
I have played around in settings, limits etc but nothing.

I'm attaching a screenshot of that. It's like a magic hidden limit gets applied after a minute of downloading.

Any ideas?

No worries. An uninstall/reinstall solved it. Maybe some setting got messed up when fine tuning.

Almost a shame you didn't save the settings file to find out what did it, because a LOT of people are having similar problems.
