Torrent completed but completed folder empty

Torrent completed but completed folder empty
The file completed downloading but all the files are still in the temp folder. The “completed” folder is created and all the sub folders but there are no files and it’s 0 bytes. Downloaded a different file and once completed the temp files deleted and it showed up in the “completed” folder as it’s supposed to do. Any help?

Try playing files directly from the client

Currently redownloading after a recheck. But now and before the files played or could be previewed in the app. Also the temp files play.
