torrents start stalled

Upgraded to 4.1.6 other day and have been noticing, most of the time, almost all the time, torrents just say stalled, and I can't for the life of me figure out why.

Downgraded to 4.1.5 and problem is just gone, working fine again.

Have the same problem also after upgrading to 4.1.6.
I just have to close the program and open again for it to start downloading xD
