Setting up the client on Windows 10 - connection parameters

Hey people, I'm using the client on a Windows 10 machine (64 bit) and through a connection via China Mobile - no torrenting is possible, nothing gets downloaded or uploaded, no data is being transmitted. Is there anything I should tweak, connection-wise (protocol and port settings)

Only certain "for business" VPNs and proxies will work through the Great Firewall of China...and even those get blocked from time-to-time.
