In the middle of the night all downloads stopped and went into stalled. Now seeds/peers/download speed are at 0. I've already tried restarting qbit, the computer, changing settings, using Deluge and nothing works, anyone might have an idea of what happened? I'm using the latest release on Windows 7

If other torrent clients behave the same then it's not qBit. I'd have commented to try 4.1.5 but...
Look at incoming port and whether it's still open. Firewalls etc..

I could be your ISP blocking torrents.
3 ways (perhaps) to go around that:
1) Free one: install ubound on your PC, a DNS server, and use it instead of the ISP one. Or try first OpenDNS (208.67.222.220 and 208.67.222.222)
2) Use a proxy, the one from Private Internet Access is pretty fast. It's not free.
3) Use a full blown VPN, again Private Internet Access is nice. I use #2, having a VPN always on has drawbacks (some sites detect them and refuse to work), using a proxy when needed does not.
Anyway, using qB without a proxy or a VPN is not safe.
I forgot, it you want to get rid of all ads on your network, and experimenting with #1 shows that it's enough, you could get a Raspberry Pi, and install Pi-hole (https://pi-hole.net/) as a DNS server. It's fun and easy to do.

Have you run out of disk space?
if everything is always dead, you isp could be blocking, or the country you have set your endpoint to is blocking? Most vpn providers openly list their ips, even if they do not multiple house connections to one ip sort of gives the game away. Deep packet inspection of unencrypted traffic? New AV?
The best way to test is to both share and download nothing - all empty (because you could be monitored). choose and download something big and free like open office or a version of linux iso
