My qbittorrent only upload no download

Hello for a short time now qbit just uploads no download ..... I don't know what's wrong with it, I have a VPN but until recently it was going very well, the only thing I think I've touched is the port that I put it above 12000 because they say it is safer .... the rest is like when you install it

Had the same issue. Mine was working fine until I ran out of disk space. I tried everything I could think of. I tried forcing download/resume, rechecking, restarting client, restarting PC. Installing the previous version (qBittorrent v4.1.6) resolved the issue.
