How do I delete a torrent without opening Qbittorrent

The last torrent I added crashes qbittorrent along with my OS.

The crash will happen about 1 second after I opened qbittorrent. So I need to remove it, but I cant do that without opening qbittorrent first...

Is there a way to remove a torrent without opening qbittorrent??

ok so i deleted a .fastresume file in BT_backup folder and that seems to have removed the torrent from qbittorrent.
