Applying a theme

I am using qBittorrent 4.4.1 on two different laptops. On one, I installed a dark theme in an earlier version, then upgraded, and the theme stayed applied just fine. On the other, 4.4.1 was a fresh install, and when I tried to apply the same theme it would not apply. Can anyone shed any light on this?
