stalled downloads

im trying to download a torrent file, and when i put it through qbittorent it says stalled, what can i do to fix this?

Virtually nothing. Do you have seeds? If there are no seeds it's then all you can do is wait until someone comes online who has more/all of the file you are looking for. Alternately, you can look for the same file at other trackers.
