How to only/force upload?

Hi, new here

I paused my torrented files, all of which where uploading. I then moved the files (and the trackers) to another folder. I got some error which I cannot recall, anyway I deleted the torrents from the list in qBittorrent. I then re-added all trackers, thinking that the files could continue uploading. However, this did not work. How can I keep uploading? I tried to search for answers online and in the settings to no avail.

I found the solution! 'Force recheck' did the job!
