v3.0.4: Importing Existing Torrents... cannot skip checking

Click on "Import Existing Torrent" and get the "Torrent Import" popup window. I can select an existing torrent and its completely downloaded files but cannot select the "Skip the data checking stage...." option. This worked fine for me in version v2.9.5 but subsequent versions were different and didn't work properly so I reverted back to v2.9.5. The torrents and their respective files have not been moved, nothing has changed since but now I try v3.0.4 and every time I go to import a completed torrent it's being checked.  Why is this?
