Need help solving a settings corruption issue?

I couldn't find a topic about this, its possible I couldn't think of the correct search terms so I'm sorry if this is a repeat, but I'm having an issue I'm not sure is a bug or not. I think something is going wrong in my settings data. I was trying to solve an issue where my torrents never started they just hung at zero seeds even when I knew the torrents had seeds and I eventually found this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/qBittorrent/co ... tatus_not/ that suggested deleting C:\Users\<profile>\AppData\Roaming\qBittorrent which worked, for about a day. People in the same reddit post mention it being a reoccuring issue for some people, but that it went away with the next update for one of them. I'm on the latest version (4.4.5) on windows 10. I was hoping someone here would have an answer to wether this is a known bug, or if there is something wrong on my end. Thanks in advance.
