no direct connection

at the bottom of the client it says no direct connections , this may indicate network configuration problems is this normal ?

it MIGHT mean you have some connection problems. but it's not guaranteed that you have issues. basically, you should always have the port forwarded, so people can connect to you. (keep in mind, unless your VPN provider supports port forwarding and it is set up, it will render you passive.)
