I want to verify integrity of my data files after a HDD move/failure/recovery (adding to a fresh/blank-slate client).
Some I don't have the torrent file, but instead I have a magnet URL saved in a text file.
I add the magnet URL and no files is displayed. I have to run/resume the torrent, wait a few seconds/mins and it downloads the METADATA (list of files). I then stop and force verify integrity of existing files.
After 100% successful integrity verify check, is it possible to save-as torrent file (includes list of files)? If I don't want to create a new torrent file if it will create a different INFOHASH?
PS: sorry for repost
QUERY: re-creating original torrent file
Re: QUERY: re-creating original torrent file
You can use this, but not sure how many torrents you have: https://magnet2torrent.com/
Or this: https://github.com/nadhirxz/magnet2torrent
I'd just script it up and let it run.
