Dear all,
Hello
I am using qbittorrent-nox (v2.3.0). Once in a while it stops downloading with the message "qbittorrent is not reachable".
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks - Hossein
[Slackware] qbittorrent is not reachable
Re: [Slackware] qbittorrent is not reachable
The message "qbittorrent is not reachable" appears in the Web UI when the Javascript on client side can no longer interact with qBittorrent-nox on server side. It is likely to be caused by a network issue or a crash in qBittorrent.
When this happens, is qBittorrent-nox still running on server side or did it crash? If it did crash, then it would be useful to get the backtrace.
You can also try to update to a more recent version of qBittorrent and see if it still happens.

Re: [Slackware] qbittorrent is not reachable
Hey!
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm running raspbian on a cubieboard, and that message keeps popping on and off. I compiled the latest version last week and made a test download, everything was working fine. After a reboot to test qbittorrent + screen, the message started popping, and all download/upload ability halted.
*Small update*
Turns out the message only starts popping when I select the newly added torrent. Nevertheless, the test torrent which I downloaded previously doesn't upload. Tried a new torrent, same behaviour.
*possibly final update*
So turning anonymous mode off fixes this. Is there a way to use anonymous mode without these issues?
