How do I setup RSS to download from a specific tracker?? 4.6.0 won't let me do it.

I have 5 RSS feeds setup but when I set up a new RSS rule it won't let me pick a specific tracker like it did in older versions. Used to be able to pick a tracker at the bottom but there's nothing there now.

So I open RSS tab and I have my feeds.
I click RSS Downloader...
There I have my rules AND in the middle, I see "Apple Rule to Feeds".
4.6.0, Windows.

You sure its 4.6.0?

Yep 4.6.0 on Windows. I thought maybe the skin I was using maybe messed something up so I disabled it but nothing changed. Can you post a screenshot of the 'Apply rule' on yours. I guess I may just have to uninstall and reinstall. I upgraded from 4.3.
