Trying to add torrent and getting "The procedure entry point D3D11 CreateDevice could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\qBittorrent\qbittorrent . exe"

Wazzup with that? And how do I fix it?

Huh. Your Windows / GPU installation seems to be really messed up.
If you have Nvidia/AMD GPU, you can try using the DDU tool: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display ... -download/
