My connection breaks constantly

I'm connected via Wi-Fi, catching a signal from a router that is connected via wire with another router (the primary source). So, I have:

Primary Router ---wire---> Secondary Router ---Wi-Fi---> Wi-Fi Adapter (TP-Link)

My connection breaks almost instantly if I have some other file transfer. That other file transfer could be another torrent downloading, or download done inside web browser.

How to determine where is the issue?

Lower those connection numbers. Sometimes you have to lower them quite drastically.

Once you lower them, test again. Breaks again? Lower again and test again.

Still breaks. There is this strange issue that once my connection within 1 torrent breaks, restarting the client doesn't retry to connect to the peers, even though there are dozens of seeders available.

This file transfer break happens also in the browser, so the issue may lie somewhere else.
