incoming connections to TCP port 1

Hello!

I am seeing incoming connections to TCP port 1 (no daemon runs there, it is tcpmux).
Do other people also have that?

Is that a problem with announcing to the tracker, at the trackers itself or at the clients on the foreign site that established the connection?
