Downloads stalled or not downloading at all

I have QB installed on a remote server through docker and I access it through webui. Everything has been fine up till now but I am now getting stalled or zero download or upload speed. There are plenty of seeds and peers so I'm really unsure what the problem is or how to fix.
I have searched on Google but nothing seems to fix it for me.

I'm getting the same behavior. No changes to my docker environment outside of updating my qbittorent app.
