File error when downloading with Radarr but Sonarr works fine?

Running qBittorrent 5.0.0 on Unraid 6.12.13 with binhex's qbittorrentvpn Docker image.

Sonarr 4.0.9.2244 (linuxserver image) works fine, stuff downloads and is added to Plex perfectly.

Radarr 5.11.0.9244 (linuxserver image) keeps giving file errors in qBittorrent. For example:

File error alert. Torrent: "63 Up (2019) [BluRay] [1080p] [YTS.LT]". File: "/63 Up (2019) [BluRay] [1080p] [YTS.LT]/63.Up.2019.1080p.BluRay.x264-[YTS.LT].mp4". Reason: "63 Up (2019) [BluRay] [1080p] [YTS.LT] file_open (/63 Up (2019) [BluRay] [1080p] [YTS.LT]/63.Up.2019.1080p.BluRay.x264-[YTS.LT].mp4) error: Permission denied"

The file will show as Errored at 0% in the transfers view and not download at all.

What should I do to get Radarr working like Sonarr? Thank you.
