Scroll through/font size in Categories submenu

I use a lot of categories, they autmoatically put things in subdirectories, but i have so many, it filled up the screen, and now there's a column on the right for which i can only see the icon in front of it but not the name.
If i could use the mousewheel to scroll down and go to the right, that would be perfect. Perhaps even adding an option to be able to choose font size per menu could also solve this, just going 1-2 font sizes down would almost certainly already be enough.
