not your fault honestly, it should be all written up. it's all here and there, pretty much all over the place.

- I wish they would just ship a Python with qBittorrent but I'm am not sure if that's even allowed, because of software licenses and stuff. I realize this would grow the install size or include a download but hey, if it'd solve all these issues, I think it's a fair trade. Again, just my opinion.
- If you had qBittorrent before and also have installed plugins, the solution is to delete the "nova3" folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%\qBittorrent (press WIN+R hotkey and you can paste this there and it'll open the folder). THIS WILL REMOVE YOUR PREVIOUS SEARCH PLUGINS!
- If you had/have multiple, especially older Python versions, you have to remove them and install a fresh, new one.

As much as I love Python, these version issues / breaks are kinda annoying at times for sure.

whats strange is i never actually reinstalled any of them as such i copied the entire nova folder to my desktop ,then deleted the original, fired up qbit checked the plugins ,as expected nothing there, then i shut it back down , then i just copied the entire folder back where it should be fired up qbit again and voila it found all the plugins and updated them i did add a couple afterward that a came accross while trying to fix this although cant say they made lot of difference to my search results but anyway its the same folder,i didnt really expect it to work and why it would find it ok after i did this but not before is a mystery to me

I see v5.0.1 is available. Has that fixed the plugins problem?
