Torrents not starting - status says "stopped"

Torrents are being sent from sonar but don't seem to be starting and just sit in queue saying stopped.

Any ideas please?

Never mind - think I solved it.

"Do not start download automatically" was ticked which is strange cause I never ticked it. Must have happened when software updated?
