w10 i/o error

I have QB on 2 laptops both with 4.6.6
One is newish w11
One 9 year old w10 laptop

Both use wifi
both save content on sysno NAS

only on w10 I am getting repeated QB i/o errors
to bypass i save locally then copy to the NAS

no errors on w11 laptop

what adjustments can i make on QB to lessen / eliminate these errors

1) obviously if you have a less-than-perfect network connection and you have packet loss or connection loss, that will produce these errors.
2) I'd recommend using the regular (NOT lt20) variant.
