On the https://www.qbittorrent.org/download website "Download qBittorrent v5.0.1" should change to "Download qBittorrent v5.0.2" three times.

The Changelogs of v5.0.2 should also be added here: https://www.qbittorrent.org/news

Please, don't suggest an update is available, but when you click on it, it doesn't show the release notes and correct files.

It was a website error which was fixed in a few hours. Basically the site didn't update with the new version number and relevant /news. The new version was out/available, you could grab it from the FOSSHUB/Sourceforge pages.
