Window disappearing to top left of screen

Activating Qbittorrent results in the screen disappearing to the top left hand of the screen. Else I have a very small screen just above the task bar that I can no enlarge. Methods recommended to address the problem fail to work on Windows solutions - what now? Uninstalled, shut down PC, re-installed no difference.

Go here, download "Portable" and run. It should center the app.
