Can't see peers on one certain tracker

Hi. I exclusively use two private trackers. One of them is downloading and uploading fine, and the torrents related to the other one can no longer see or connect to peers. When I download a popular torrent file from the latter, it stalls and hangs. I think this may have started after the most recent qbittorrent update, but I'm not sure. The timing of this resulted in my getting hit and run status on three torrents from the tracker in question, which I initially thought might itself be the problem, but it seems like HnR punishments come at ten or so on that site, and this started before those became HnR anyway, so I don't think it's that. Has anyone had this happen before, where a single tracker was working fine and then not at all?

Trackers have a so called "whitelist" sometimes. Check their wiki & contact their staff.
Basically they don't allow just any client but they add each and every client by name AND version.

This was done in the past to make sure "bad clients" can't connect but in 2024, it makes 0 sense.
