New Verizon Router/Windows 10

I started having trouble shortly after Verizon made us all get new routers, or modems, whatever. Ive since had my computer crash, and had to rebuild all my files and apps from scratch. Now that I am back in business, I do not seem to have anyone uploading any files from me. I have downloaded a few, and it seemed to work flawlessly. But the lack of upload activity has me puzzled. I've tried several different versions of Qbittorrent, but none seems to have any activity. Especially on a Saturday night, it just seems very unlikely. Anyone have any thoughts? My router seems to show that I have the port forwarded.
