Green check vs Red X

Dear All,

Many times when I perform a search I receive results, but with a red X (see photo below)



Other times I receive the green check (see photo below)



I don't understand why this happens?
What I must do to prevent red X for being appeard.

I tried digging in the code a while ago but I don't think there is an error message you can get out of the search plugins. It's just something went sideways pretty much? Like you can check the search logic and the engine code, its just "something wrong". But FIXME, maybe I missed something.

In your case maybe a site is down at times and that's why you see it.
