Binding is NOT Working, even disappeared.....

I have 2 VPN's..N Either one are showing up in the advance option in qBitTorrent.
A week ago it was working great was showing in the advance options then Q stopped working..I looked in the advanced options my vpn (PureVpn) was n longer showing.

I installed another vpn [Avira Phantom VPN]...Still would not show up in the advanced options.....


I even erased my HD and reinstalled windows and everything...Still not showing up..So is there a trick? A Secrete? What am I doing wrong
and why did it stop showing up in the advanced options...

I've received my final letter from my provider before they permanently shut down my service.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
