pausing qBittorrent

I did a kinda dumb thing and installed qBittorrent before realizing that I would be unable to get a VPN

Considering that I cant even get a vpn to bind qBittorrent to, I don't know if I would need to delete this entirely or if I can do something else that would just restrict using it until I can get a vpn.

I don't want to delete it completely, any help would be appreciated!

Stop qBittorent to start automatically with Windows?
Setting -> Apps -> Startup -> toggle qBittorent OFF
