Issues Seeding, and with External Hard Drive, Need Help!

Post by WolfFhang »

So I'm decently new to qBittorrent since I'm trying to switch over from uTorrent. My main (and so far only) 2 issues are that whenever I try to seed any of the torrents from my external drive i get I/O errors at some point during the check and am not able to do anything past that, and the other issue is that even when I can get a torrent (like one on that is on my computer's internal HDD) to seed, it shows no activity whatsoever even though utorrent does. I'm not sure if the 2nd issue is being caused by the private trackers I am seeding for or what but I'd really appreciate some help, I don't want utorrent anymore!

This sounds really weird.
Could you tell me:
- Your qBittorrent version
- Your Windows version
- Some of the private trackers (even one will be enough I guess if its popular).

I just used qB with What.cd without a problem. It worked flawless. (3.0.6/win)

I'm using qBittorrent 3.0.6 and im on Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I've tried doing all of these things for either Bitgamer or Myspleen and it didn't work for either, but both trackers allow this torrent client so I'm not sure what the issue is
