Labeling/folder issues

Post by Noodle »

Hi! I just switched to qBittorrent because of all kinds of new issues with the latest utorrent build. I imported some of my torrents from utorrent to try things out. What I did:

1) set up labels and check "append label to foldername".
2) copy torrent folders to main qbtdownloadfolder/labelname
3) open .torrent files in qbt, attach label
4) wait hash check
5) succes!!

Then I did a second batch, which I did differently: I didn't append the label until after the hash check. The files then moved, and all was right. Or so I thought.

After a reboot or restarting qbt, all torrents from that batch turned red and to 0%. It changed the download location back to the default dir, without the label name (while the files were still in that folder). I tried all sorts of things, from resetting labels to appointing new download directories. Every time all seems fine, until I reboot. Then: those same 50 torrents fuck up again.

The log turns up with:
File sizes don't match, pausing torrent.

and later
06/05/2013 23:42:39 - 'C:\Users\N00dle\AppData\Local\qBittorrent\BT_backup\e5d2a0c8457a854c8ee4ab65415056e1118115fb.torrent' resumed. (fast resume)

Some help is greatly appreciated!

Bumping this, since I still have the issue. When I label things right away, everything is ok. When I label things later, things get funky. This is especially annoying for RSS feeds. Setting labeling options for my feed does not seem to work well enough to solve this problem.

Whenever I restart the program, files start to move to the main folder. I think this has something to do with the fast resume. I don't know what it is, but my logfile is full of those things. I think this also causes my program to have very long startup/shudown times. It takes a good minute for qbt to shut down. Is there any way to correct this?

Help is greatly appreciated, because I just imported about 1000 torrents into qbt. I'm not thinking about migrating again :P

What version of qbt do you use? And what OS?

Sorry I fotgot to include that!

I'm using Win 7x64, qbt version 3.0.9 (I also used the special "+svn" built, but that seemed to use a lot of CPU).
