I'm new around here and using qbitorrent too,so far so good for me the program is,what i want ask is there is anny way to auto-configure the speeds like some other program do,you know,press start and the program do a analize on my net speed to adjuste the best configuration,thx.

Not directly, you can get a speed test result, upload probably being most important from a site such as testmy.net or speedtest.net
