v3.0.11 release - Update

Just a heads up. qBittorrent v3.0.11 most probably will be released this weekend. There are quite a few fixes already merged into the v3_0_x branch. Also there are a few waiting for review that I feel need to be included too. Unfortunately I don't have the time to review them now. I'll do it in the weekend and then I'll do a new release.

Hmm, is the only way so far to get the torrent flags with 3.1 series?
I realize maybe this isn't the place to ask or maybe you don't yet know... but could this be merged down, or how far along do you think 3.1 is to "stable" release?

NOT an ETA but I am considering releasing 3.1.0 soon. Maybe in 2-3 weeks.
