3.1 vs 3.0.11 = Throttled up/down speed

I upgraded from 3.0.11 to 3.1 about 10 mins ago...watched as speeds was doing good, almost at max, but after upgrading, speeds fell to 1/5+ of max.
Rebooted 2x, reinstalled 3.1 2x (both times as Admin), even ran as Admin account - no change.
Reinstalled 3.0.11 and everything went back to normal in 1 shot.
I guess Ill wait on upgrading to see if anyone else has this issue or they find a bug that is a possible cause.
Im on Windows 7 Ultimate, Asus all-in-one touch screen computer, 4 GBs of RAM, i3 CPU @2.8 ghz, using purely as a seedbox.

I had something similiar with the latest alphas but seems its gone with 3.1.0. Though im thinking of it if its still happening.. Not 100% sure.

It didnt get that slow. My Download speed max (Real World stats) is about 9 MBps sustained, while my upload speed max is 1.8 MBps sustained...those numbers- after upgrading- fell to less than 5% of those stats,with constant fluctuations going even lower ...
Cant really take DL speed being slow because of 3.1 , since it might be the peers seeding or any number of problems, but definitely the upload speed being choked is the 3.1 upgrade issue.

@Carjacker there are 2 new upload slots options in 3.1.x (can't remember if I backported them to 3.0.11). Can you play with them? Tools->Options...->Connection->Connection Limits

Moreover, 3.0.11 used an older version of libtorrent. I'll try to provide 3.1.0 builds with 0.16.11/0.16.10 today for you to test.

OP, check global rate limits in qbittorrent settings. Mine is set to 50 after update for some reason.

Hey!
On top of my other problems, I had this too! Download speeds were really slow and it looked like every seeder was capped to 3kb/s or so... I just let it run some more and set the uploading slots to global 32 and 8 per torrent, no idea if that had anything to do with it, but when I checked later, the speed was good again.
