(I hope this is a new question. I did several searches to see if this is a question that has been asked before, but realize I may not have thought of the right key words...)
I'm in the process of upgrading from an older WindowsXP-Pro-SP3 (32bit) desktop that is in a state of dysfunction to a newer Windows7-Pro-SP1 (64bit) workstation.
qBittorrent on my older machine has quite a few unfinished downloads that I'd very much like to complete on my new machine. Obviously I need to transfer the incomplete !QB files (which I've already copied to their new home), but I'm unsure which other files in which folders are needed so that qBittorrent will be able to complete them.
Which files are the critical ones?
How to transfer qBittorrents from my old PC to my new PC

Came back to try a new set of keywords and found this... http://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topi ... ml#msg2553
Identifies the critical files in Win7 and Linux, and that's enough information to get the deed. If the transfer fails I'll be back to make a note of it.

Sorry for the late response. The two important folders are(Win XP, adjust for Win7):
1. C:\Documents and settings\<username>\Application Data\qbittorrent
2. C:\Documents and settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\qbittorrent
But to avoid unnecessary hash rechecks, you need a) to store the data files in the exact same path as in the original and b) have the same timestamps as the original
