Global Limit Ratio (web/no-gui version)

Hi all,
I'm using qBittorrent v3.1.3 on a Linux embedded system, to be clear the Web UI version, it's amazing

Do you think it's possible have a global limit for the ratio (configurable by Web UI) ? Share is right, but to allow a "homogeneous" upload of the all files can help stop one at fixed ratio (for example 1:2).

there's not even the single most importent feature !!!!!    saving location when you add a torrent !@!!!!
