I've moved my messages from another thread to this one so they can get better attention and not offtopic that other thread.

So any news on this guys ? it is extremely annoying, is it going to get fixed soon or i'll have to go looking for a new torrent client ?
I am getting that "Not enough space" error, cant use this client on 1gbps connection... need to have big disk cache.

Given that you have one post, I would assume you are a new user. Have you tried default disk cache? What if you increase the disk cache SOME, not greater than 500MB? Have you tried the latest alpha build, and what were the results? Do you have a system that can keep up with a 1gbps connection, enough RAM, fast HDD, and see different results with, for example, utorrent?
And then the general questions you should have told us... Are you on a 64bit system? What version of Windows are you using?

Yes, i am a new user, after the release of version 3.1.0 this problems SEEMS to be fixed, i am not longer getting that error message so far.
PC configuration is good, no problems on that side, currently i am on 100/100 connection so i am not able to test with 1gbps but i will sometime in november when i get it back and will post if everything is good or not, going thru some ISP changes at the moment so won't be able to get my hands on 1gbps earlier than november.

Hi,
I've promised to post back when i get 1gbps connection back so here i am.
I am no longer having any issues with crashes using a disk cache over 500mb with QBT 3.1.3, glad this was solved.
I would like to ask you guys a question though, not sure if i should open separate thread for it so ill just post here for now.
How many CPU cores can QBT use ?
I am seeing this strange behavior where when i am downloading something it only uses 1 core and once that core is maxed out the speed will not grow anymore, here is a screenshot so you will better understand what i am talking about http://s29.postimg.org/zbdpmg14l/01core.png
The CPU is an AMD FX [email protected]
Would be nice if you guys know a fix for this or if something will be done in future releases to spread that task over multiple cores.
PS: Before you guys ask if i am not limited by HDD or Internet connection the answer is no, the speed will go up more if i OC the CPU higher.

I think it only uses a single processor/core, but I could be mistaken. And wouldn't it have to be compiled/coded into a multi-processor program? (question to developer)
I would also ask, 75MB/s is very fast and could very well be the top speed for writing standard desktop HDD, what is your setup for theoretic AND (if you can) actual writing speed? I think the program I used to use is called Atto disk benchmark.

I don't use my PC for anything in particular, just a gaming/whatever PC, the HDD i use for torrents atm is a 60% full Seagate SV35 2TB drive which currently writes with ~160mb, i also have an SSD i can write to if thats ever a problem, but like i've mentioned it's not the HDD thats limiting me since when i OC the CPU more the speed will go higher, i've also tried on the SSD, no difference at all, the torrent client using only 1 core of my CPU creates the bottleneck

I know 75mb/s is fast but it could be even faster
